Delivery method and shipping costs

Prices including VAT
At picture-hangingsystems.co.uk you will never get any unexpected suprises. All our prices are clearly stated including VAT and we do not charge additional fees for a particular payment method. The only additional costs are possibly for shipping the order, but for an order amount above £ 50,- there are No shipping costs.

Inventory Status
At picture-hangingsystems.co.uk your order will usually be shipped from our inventory. This information can also be found on all of the product pages. If there will be a different delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs
For shipping we use two rates depending on the total order amount. The shipping costs for all payment methods are the same.

Order amount up to £ 50,- : £ 9,95 (incl. VAT)
Order amount above £ 50,- : No shipping costs

Shipping & Delivery Method

Delivery

Uw bestelling wordt bezorgd op van maandag t/m zaterdag tussen 09.00 en 17.00 uur. Wij versturen uw bestelling met Packs Special Care. Voor de Waddeneilanden, Zeeuws Vlaanderen, België en Luxemburg en overige internationale zendingen, alsmede op de zaterdagen, mits aangegeven, geldt geen tijdsgarantie. Als u niet thuis bent bij de bezorging zal het pakket bij uw buren worden aangeboden tenzij u aan heeft gegeven dat dit niet wenselijk is. U ontvangt in dit geval een kaart met het telefoonnummer van de bezorger in uw brievenbus van de bezorger. U dient contact met deze op te nemen voor een 2e bezorgafspraak.

Delivery time
Picture-hangingsystems.co.uk will send your order on a Tuesday - Friday within 48 - 72 hours unless it is indicated otherwise. The estimated period of transport is approx. 3 working days.

Your order will be delivered on a Monday - Fridays between 09:00 and 17:00. We ship your order with the Packs Special Care Company and has no time guarantee. If you are not at home when the delivery will be offered, the package will be left with your neighbors unless you don't want that option and must indicate that when placing the order. You will receive in that case a card with the number of the delivery in your mailbox from the deliveryman. You should contact them as soon as possible for a 2nd delivery appointment.

During the period between the anual Summer holiday, Christmas and New Years we will take 5 working days for all items in stock and 7 working days for products we have in stock to be sent.

Delivery Adress
If you are not home during the delivery times of Packs Special Care you can have the package delivered for free at another address. Choose a different delivery address when placing the order.

Delivery to the UK islands
At picture-hangingsystems.co.uk, we do not deliver (as yet) standard to any of the UK islands or Ireland. Our apologies ! Please contact us for transport costs for these areas.
