Safety is our top priority. All payments are therefore made within a secure payment environment, provided by Pay.nl - Self-evident, Reliable and Safe:
Pay safely with Ideal
With us you can pay safely via Ideal. With Ideal you pay your order directly. Then you have to choose your own bank and our website will automatically forward you to the secured bank site. As soon as you have completed the payment we can see that you have paid. This is the fastest payment method.
Bancontact payment
From Belgium you can also pay with us via Bancontact. With this payment method you pay for the order directly. You must choose your own bank and will be redirected to the secure bank site. As soon as you have completed the payment we can see that you have paid. For our Belgian customers this is a trusted, fast and extremely safe payment method.
Pay safely with your credit card
With us you can pay with a credit card. We accept both Visa and MasterCard. The credit card is a universally used payment method with which you pay afterwards. The payment is only debited after you have received the order.
At the end of the month you will receive an overview of all payments you have made with the Credit Card and you must pay these. The Credit Card is also a very safe payment method. Your payment details are encrypted via the SSL method. In addition, most Credit Cards offer the possibility to have unjustified payments in the monthly Credit Card overview reversed.
Secure payment with PayPal
With us you can pay via PayPal, this is an internationally recognized and safe payment method. With this payment method you pay for your order immediately. However, you must have a PayPal account. As soon as you have completed the payment we can see that you have paid. This is therefore a fast payment method.
Bank transfer [no 24 hour delivery]
You can also pay us by bank transfer, this payment method has a slow processing. With this form of payment, an invoice is made for you with all our payment details which you will receive directly by email. You can then pass the payment on to your bank whenever you want. We will receive your payment approx. 2 working days later. This payment method is therefore slower and products that are currently in stock may then be out of stock.
Pay afterwards
No card reader or credit card at hand? You don't know the Alle-ophangsystemen.nl webshop yet, or you don't have any money in your account, then paying afterwards is a solution.
How does deferred payment work:
When you choose to pay afterwards, you transfer the order amount to Billink within 14 days. You can see this payment method as an online payment slip. Billink will handle the payment further. There are € 0.99 costs associated with both methods of "pay afterwards".
Billink
At Billink, Free Postpay is allowed up to a maximum amount of €250. When you choose the payment option 'Postpay', Billink will check your details online and in real time for creditworthiness. The following rules also apply here at Billink:
- You live in the Netherlands.
- Your order will be delivered within the Netherlands.
If you are not eligible to pay afterwards, you will immediately have the option to pay via another payment method. If you are admitted, your order will be accepted. You will receive the product on behalf of Alle-ophangsystemen.nl. You will receive the invoice by e-mail from Billink. You must pay this invoice within 14 days.
How do I choose the payment method 'pay afterwards'?
- Place the item in your shopping cart by clicking on the order button and click through to your shopping cart.
- Select your preferred delivery method and click continue to select a payment method.
- Select the payment method 'Pay Later' and fill in your date of birth. This is needed to verify your payment request.
- After your order has been delivered, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions by email. The email with invoice can also end up in your SPAM mailbox. So keep a close eye on this as well.
- Please transfer the amount due within 14 days, using the payment instructions.
You failed the credit check, how is that possible?
Answer: This could have several causes.
- The invoice amount exceeds the maximum amount.
- Your details have not been filled in correctly, for example an incorrect house number, postcode or date of birth.
- You have a debt collection claim in your name. Of course, you do not always have to be aware of this. Billink and Klarna assess this very strictly and will irrevocably reject the payment afterwards if they notice certain things.
Even now, you can always pay via one of our other payment methods.
Exchange or return order
If you want to return the entire order, you can do so as usual. You will receive a new invoice with the amount due set to €0. If you return part of the order, you will receive a new invoice with the adjusted amount after processing. You must pay this amount within 14 days. Please note: exchanges are not possible!
