Shipping and delivery of orders

On the working days of the warehouse (Monday to Friday) and provided that the ordered items are in stock and ordered before 12:00, they will be sent the same day. The delivery itself will take place as indicated below.

We have two rates for shipping, depending on the total order amount. Shipping costs are the same for all payment methods. All prices include VAT - except for the United Kingdom:

Please note: the transport prices above are based on a VAT rate of 21%. If the VAT in your country is different, this will be reflected in the transport price shown to you.

Postage costs:

The shipping costs we charge are never just the stamp and the packaging. The products have to be taken from the warehouse, they have to be packed, an address sticker is printed, the payment has to be processed etc. Even an order for a single product takes us at least 10 minutes of work. The shipping costs are therefore never cost-covering, we always add to that.

Deliver:

Your order will be delivered from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 17:00. For the Wadden Islands, Zeeuws Vlaanderen, Belgium and Luxembourg and other international shipments, as well as on Saturdays, unless indicated, there is no time guarantee. If you are not at home when the package is delivered, it will be offered to your neighbors unless you have indicated that this is not desirable. In this case, you will receive a card with the delivery person's telephone number in your mailbox from the delivery person. You must contact them for a second delivery appointment.

Shipping method:

Alopsys .com will have your parcel delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany by GLS Express and in the rest of Europe by TNT-Express/Fedex. And the parcels are sent insured and with signature for receipt.

Track & Trace:

You will receive a Track & Trace from us via the carrier so that you can see for yourself where your shipment is at that moment. This Track & Trace information is sent after the shipment has been picked up from us.

Help with ordering

Search for rails, wires, hooks etc. via the menu:

  1. First select the main category.
  2. Then select the type of rail you are looking for. e.g. “Wall systems”
  3. You can then click on the next category, so that you will get closer to the article you want. If you are not sure what type of product you are actually looking for, enter a search term in the "search" box at the top right.
  4. Select the quantity of the desired item and click on "order". The item will now be added to the shopping cart at the top right.
  5. Repeat these steps until you have finished shopping.

For all other items:

  1. First select the main category.
  2. Select the subcategory(ies)
  3. Select the quantity of the desired item and click on "order". The item will now be added to the shopping cart at the top right.
  4. Repeat these steps until you have finished shopping.

Search for articles using the search function:

Enter the product you are looking for in the search field directly above as specifically as possible. If there are too many results, try refining the search term. The search criteria may consist of multiple words (separated by spaces). You can also search by article number if you know it.

For larger quantities, we would like to make a customized quote for hospitals, schools, institutions and other organizations. Therefore, please contact our customer service first via info@Alopsys.com or call +31 85 401 09 28.

Cancel order

If you wish to cancel an order, this is only possible if the order has not yet been processed. We advise you to notify us of the cancellation as soon as possible by telephone during opening hours on number +31 85 401 09 28 . At other times, send an email to info@alopsys.com

If the order has already been processed, you can request a return number after receiving the package to return the package to us. Shipping costs in this case are at your expense.

Pick up order

It is also possible to collect products from us. Our warehouse in Borne is open for collection from Monday to Friday. Always contact us first for a collection appointment. Tel. +31 85-401 09 28.

However, you must always place an online order first and pay for it. Although we deliver almost the entire range from stock, this way you can still be sure of sufficient stock. When ordering, indicate that you will collect it. Of course, you do not pay any delivery costs when collecting.
